I can’t say enough about this team! From the minute you walk in it is very welcoming and calm. Dr Rockmore took the time to explain everything, go over all of the steps even for the consultation and he showed me his vision. He is very knowledgeable, confident and humble about his field of work. I am very excited to start this journey I have been waiting almost 20 years to finally do!

It has been almost two months since I’ve had my breast augmentation and I’m so thankful to have chosen Dr. Rockmore as my surgeon.
Let me preface this by saying thank I went to Dr. Rockmore seeking gender affirming care in the form of a breast augmentation. Being born male, many doctors in the capital region made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in their office. Dr. Rockmore and his staff were extremely welcoming, caring, and supportive. All of the ladies up front are super friendly and knowledgeable without seeming judgmental or “better than.”
Kristen, one of the nurses, also did my lip filler for me and they look AMAZING! It was as painless as it could be, and I barely bruised (which is so rare because I bruise easily). Kristen reached out to me the day after my surgery which happened to be on a Saturday, and it felt good to know that even on a weekend day I would be contacted and checked on. Kathleen answered a couple of questions through the patient portal on a Saturday morning at like 8 a.m. She probably thought I was out of my mind, but she responded quickly and was polite! The care from the nurses was top tier. And Kristen, you’re actually the best! 🩷
Dr. Rockmore made the process so easy and quick. The process had no hassles, no hiccups, and no run around. Dr. Rockmore was the kindest human, and always offered solutions. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He is the only doctor in the capital region that made me feel safe and confident in my decision, and I promise I contacted every single office! I came to Dr Rockmore’s office all the way from Buffalo to get a breast augmentation. I was always on the smaller side but after having a baby and breastfeeding, not only was I small, I had no more volume left at all. Having Dr Rockmore do my surgery was probably one of the best decisions I ever made. My breasts now fit me and my body and I feel so much better about myself and have more confidence. The surgery process went very smoothly and my recovery was great as well! Dr Rockmore and his staff were more than accommodating and I knew I was in good hands. Both of my sisters had BAs by Dr Rockmore before I did so I knew my surgery would turn out great. Highly recommend!! Extremely happy and thankful for Dr Rockmore and his staff!
