Such a great place to workout and enjoy fitness classes! Strength and balance training with Teresa is so enjoyable, and within a few weeks I was seeing and feeling the results. Teresa has a great approach to helping every member of her class no matter what fitness level you're in. She is super observant in monitoring each of us and making individual adjustments when needed. I would highly recommend joining a class to try it out. You won't be disappointed!

Most gyms cater to the young, but here they treat you the same. Have good exercise programs for Seniors. I highly recommend this gym and Brett who is very knowledgeable in this field. He provides me with an excellent program that not only fits my needs surrounding any physical limitations and his program greatly helps with any strength, tightening muscles, and overall needs in improving weight, etc.

Great gym with friendly staff! They have an abundance of squat racks and free weights so you never have to wait for equipment. Nice locker rooms and saunas to relax after a long workout. The monthly rates are very reasonable too.

I’m absolutely thrilled to be a part of the Health Plex gym community! The moment I stepped in, I knew I was in the right place. The environment is vibrant and welcoming, perfect for people of all ages. The team is incredibly friendly, always ready to help and support you in achieving your fitness goals. The facilities are top-notch, clean, and well-maintained. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, Health Plax has something for everyone. I've never felt more motivated and inspired to reach my full potential. Kudos to the entire team for creating a truly exceptional gym experience!

I truly enjoy the atmosphere here, clean facility friendly staff! I love the sauna it’s one of the great perks of healthplex! Whenever there is equipment damaged or broken it is quickly repaired! The only reason for the 4 star and not 5 is I think there could be a little more equipment diversity!! Overall it’s a great gym with a great atmosphere
