It was my first time that I went into that pool at the Sunnyview Hospital, where I went for a aquatic exercise class back on April 25, 2017. The bottom part of that pool lowers before that class starts, and raises when the class ends, kind of like if you are in an elevator. In that pool, there is a blue line, which where you stand behind it. The class instructor is very nice and friendly, and so were the people who were in the class with me. There was around 20 people in that aquatic class, which last one hour. The weights that they use are made of styrofoam, and they float in the water. Before my first time there, I had to fill out paperwork.
Sunnyview also has a gym where you can lift weights.

After completing my course of phyical therapy at Sunnyview I was told I was now entitled to a month's use of the Wellness Center's gym. A program of exercise using numerous machines, was created for me, based on my physical issues. The staff are well trained and extremely helpful. On my third day I realized I was finally pain free, yay!

UPDATE! July 2021
Love the Sunnyview Gym. More new equipment available, too! Pool not open yet. COVID is roaring back in Schenectady Co as well as the Capital District and 80% of NYS.

It is clean. You feel safe the employee and members respect the guidelines in place at a time such as this. Plenty of free weights, machines, and cardio equipment to choose from. Friendly people and environment.
