I would give zero stars if it were a possibility. I had a consult with Briana Benson on February 8th. Pictures and measurements were taken and promises to contact my insurance company quickly were made. Briana was lovely…but that’s the only positive thing I have to say. Since then I have called no less than 15 times. I got one call back in April. 14 messages have been ignored. Tabitha is the person you’re supposed to contact and she is HORRIBLE at responding to messages. Gannon isn’t the only game in town. Find someone else who actually cares about their patients and their own reputation.

Disappointed in office. I had a consultation with Dr Gannon the end of August. Due to the holiday weekend they told me there would be a delay to gather previous imaging of other patients results to see for reference. I have left 5 messages with no response at all. Apparently they do not need the business. But the lack of disregard when a patient is calling and no response back is inexcusable.

I recently had surgery on 11/22/21. Dr. Gannon did an amazing job and I'm so happy with my results so far. She really takes the time to answer any questions you may have. All the office staff are friendly and get back to you quickly.

I suffer unfortunately from keloid scars~ I have my whole life. I saw quite a few surgeons and they did not make me feel confident anything could be done. Dr.Gannon changed that. My main keloid that was painful etc she fixed. Her skill and patience put me at ease. I am truly grateful.

Spoke to a Melanie to book a appointment, and she was extremely rude for Susan Gannon MD…. From start to finish she made it seem frustrated and bother that she had to book me appointment.. This was my first initial contact with anyone at the office.. If they have people like that answering the phones, then I wouldn’t want my work being done there.. She obviously has done this before that why she feels so comfortable talking rudely to patients in the presence of other staff… As a result of this, I would just rather find another surgeon…
