I just had my first session with Tim, the personal trainer. Knowing it was my first time back to the gym after many years, he took that into account but also pushed me gently to make sure I got the most out of the session. Very glad I joined.

We found our new gym. Friendly and informative staff, and an awesome variety of equipment. The attitude of the staff alone (Tommy and Michael) are the reasons we signed up for the premium membership. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and offered a tour, which we took full advantage of. Tommy let us work out and get a feel for the gym (even though his initial approach was enough for us to already want to join). This is unequivocally the best first experience at any health or fitness facility that we have ever been to.

Pretty good gym, they do need to train front desk staff better and than it will be perfect.

Retro Fitness offers a comprehensive range of equipment essential for an effective workout. The staff members are consistently friendly and readily available to assist whenever required. Additionally, they provide various perks such as Parents Night Out, enabling parents to drop off their children for an enjoyable time at the gym while they indulge in a few hours for themselves, whether for a date night or running errands. With its superb facilities and inviting atmosphere, Retro Fitness is a top-notch gym that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking an exceptional workout environment.

Writing this review after going from Retro to a different gym, and experiencing the difference. This gym seems to have an identity crisis. It doesn't know if it wants to be a planet fitness, vent, best, or pwr performance, but rather tries to cheaply imitate what these gyms have done to become popular.
I agree with one reviewer, Rick, who said the staff does not seem knowledgeable regarding how to properly do their jobs. Management you can tell have no experience in a gym setting. I also see staff giving reviews to boost ratings.
