Love coming here. Affordable and quiet. Staff are pretty cool. The only thing is I wish the locker rooms were sanitized more often. So many people sit on the benches naked and that's exactly how stds are spread. I never sit on the benches lol ever.

Preferred location excellent parking well lit parking lot the cleanest atmosphere, and GYM I’ve ever been to also having the best air circulation of any gym as well

Customer Service: was front desk welcoming and offer greeting coming/going, if able? Were they helpful when asked? Was their attitude generally positive?
4.8/5. Nice smile and greeting when leaving. Helpful staff.
Cleanliness / neatness (windows, floors, equipment, bathrooms).
4.3/5...generalt neat, clean, but could use a deep cleaning...sinks, floors. Doors smudged.
Paper towels / sprays / bathrooms stocked:
4.9/5...stocked...showers have soap
Equipment availability / maintenance / quality:
4.4/5. On smaller side, but still plenty available. No stand alone pull up bar....should be standard.
Recommendations:
- Stand alone pull up bar
- Dumbbells from one pound to 10
- Calf stretch board
- masseuse for extra fee
- Have manager's business card with an email readily available at front desk

Called on the phone, came in for a signup and had to deal with a new worker fumbling the keyboard. Disrespectful staff, I’d rather not workout than go to this place.

I live in Glens Falls but ever since ppl at the local PF replaced their ellipticals with absolute garbage from matrix I drive every day to Saratoga to do my cardio. Thank you for keeping the good ones.
