    What started as getting in shape for my wedding has turned into my regular routine. The coaches and staff are incredible and supportive. I never thought I’d be waking up for a 6am workout class, but OTF makes me want to go!!

    Orange theory is the best and the only way I can get myself to consistently exercise! The staff at the front desk are so friendly! Highly recommend you take one of Samantha’s classes! She is so nice and motivating!!

    Energetic and Adaptable Fitness Experience at Orangetheory! Review: I recently attended my 300th Orangetheory Fitness class and it’s been an incredible journey so far! The energy in the room during each session is absolutely electric. It’s a vibrant atmosphere that really motivates you to push your limits. What stands out to me the most are the coaches. They are not only knowledgeable and skilled but also incredibly encouraging. They know how to guide you through the workouts while keeping the mood upbeat and dynamic. Another aspect I love about Orangetheory is its adaptability to different fitness levels. Whether you’re someone who enjoys running or prefers a more measured pace like power walking, the workouts are tailored to suit your style. It’s not about how fast or slow you go; it’s about doing what’s best for you. Additionally, the range of exercises accommodates various strength levels. You could be someone just starting out, lifting lighter weights, or an experienced gym-goer bench pressing heavy weights - everyone finds their place here. Overall, Orangetheory Fitness offers a welcoming, high-energy environment where you can work at your own pace and according to your own strength. It’s a great place to challenge yourself, regardless of where you are on your fitness journey. Highly recommended for anyone looking to elevate their workout experience!

    Orange Theory Fitness has transformed my fitness journey! I’ve always struggled at the gym, determining what to do to get an effective workout—Orange Theory fixes that! With a mix of cardio and strength, the high-energy workouts are well thought out, effective, and actually fun! You start to see results VERY quickly, and it’s definitely the best workout I’ve ever done. Your heart rate is monitored every class, showing real-time data so you know how to adjust effort levels. Plus, this is all tracked in the app so you can see progress over time! There is a variety in the workouts every single day, and they also continuously have benchmark challenges and signature workouts—so there’s always something to look forward to! The coaches are supportive, knowledgeable, and they make every session so effective. The studio managers are responsive with any questions or concerns, and truly care about their members. And the community of people at Orange Theory make it so much more than just a workout. Highly recommend!

    This is the BEST place to get a workout. The moment you walk in the door you are always greeted with a friendly face( Shout out to Noelle and Marcus!). The coaches go above and beyond to make sure you are correct in your form on the floor and rower to prevent injury. Coach Julie always has a smile on her face and brings BIG MONDAY MORNING ENERGY (Even at 4:45am)! I have never stuck with a gym as long as I have with OTF. I am so grateful to be a member in a place that really gives everyone a place to feel included. If you are looking for a gym that strives on getting you to be your best self and helps you achieve those goals..this is the place. Go check it out!
