I have been attending Orangetheory Fitness for over 3 years now, and I love it! I believe it's worth every penny. I've made so many great friends here and have learned a lot about fitness. Thanks to OTF, I am in the best shape of my life now! The coaches are awesome and always ready to help whenever you need it.

Orangetheory was the best thing I did to get back into my gym groove. All of the classes are coached by great coaches with amazing attitudes and energies that make it your workout. The only con would be the monthly membership price (this is now disclosed on Orangetheory’s website).

My wife had been attending class here for a few months and I reluctantly tagged along for a free class. I was happily surprised with how much I enjoyed the class. Became a member the same day and have been going 4-5 times a week for the last month and change and haven’t been more motivated to keep going back until now. Meredith, Mike and Jess have been awesome and informative about their class and how to safely and properly row and lift weights. Can’t wait to see what all the effort I put in comes to pass. Such an engaging and supportive environment for anyone who has goals they want to achieve!

I absolutely love it here! After stopping college sports, I tried to find a gym that I felt comfortable in to get back into my fitness routine and an atmosphere that encouraged me and pushed me during my workout. The coaches immediately made me feel welcomed and right at home, and the staff make this gym standout from all the others!

My boyfriend, plays for the Albany Firebirds Arena Football Team, so 10 months out of the year, I split my time between Florida (where I go to law school) and Albany. Today, I was denied access to try my first class for free because I do not have a New York license. I told the representative that I split my time between New York and Florida and we have a New York address that he has lived at for the last three years. He insisted that I must have a NY license or pay $28 for a class. I find this troubling because this would limit opportunities to a student or short-term worker that is a local resident, but not required to change their license. I was really looking forward to trying this class and was excited at the prospect of becoming a member at the location.
