I was at my gym for 2 weeks in June. What an awesome place to train and Mark is a great gym owner who welcomes just about everyone by name. I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 weeks there and found it to have plenty of weights and equipment plus cardio upstairs. It is the best basement gym ever!

Got a visitor pass during my trip to Ballston and thoroughly enjoyed my short stay at this gym. The owner Mark is a wonderful guy and the members at the gym were friendly, welcoming, and respectful. Has all the equipment you’d want for barbell sports/bodybuilding and a good selection of cardio machines as well as a nice studio for floor work/aerobic stuff. Laid back atmosphere, both serious athletes and regular folks doing good work. Id happily train here daily if I lived in Ballston!

Utilized MyGym on and off for several years mainly due to its convenient location. The facility itself is a little older and on the smaller side, but it does have most everything you'll need. Most of the equipment and machines are a bit dated, but certainly get the job done. The staff and gym goers were always pleasant. Worth noting that the gym was never overly busy, so I rarely found myself waiting for a bench or machine. Membership prices are comparable to the Y, and they offer a wide variety of classes and trainers if that's your thing.
