I’ve been a Metabolic member on and off for many years now. Even with life excuses there’s a reason I keep coming back to this gym, the environment and energy is unmatched. This year I changed my mindset, didn’t allow myself to make excuses, and focused on my fitness goals. I have noticed such a positive change in my energy, physical fitness, and overall mentality of how I feel about myself. Metabolic is not easy, the workouts are challenging, but the results are so rewarding if you are consistent. The coaches throughout all of the Metabolic gyms (especially the ones at Metabolic Saratoga!), are the BEST. They push and encourage you, offer training tips/ corrections/ modifications, and even workout along side you when they’re not on the mic. Everyone in the Metabolic Fitness community is working to better themselves and is so supportive. It all starts with a positive mindset and just showing up!

Love working out here! The workouts are very effective and you will see results and feel stronger quickly if you are consistent. The coaches worked with me through pregnancy, making necessary modifications, and helped me work back up to strength after. On top of that I love the energy the coaches bring to class, its hard to have a bad workout here!

I have been going to metabolic for a few years now. The workouts are great for everyone. The coaches work hard to help meet the diverse needs of everyone in the class. I was even able to continue working out throughout my pregnancy with modified workouts. I really enjoy the group workout atmosphere, it reminds me of being on a team and working together.

Getting older isn't easy! But staying healthy, fit and strong is a necessity. After a PF member for 4+ years, I was bored and wasn't getting the results I wanted or needed. Thank goodness Metabolic offered a one-month trial. Molly, Jess, Andrew and Emma (& the entire Metabolic team) is just what I need. Every workout is different, but the coaches are always the same --- enthusiastic, friendly, encouraging and a pleasure to be with for a good 45 minute workout! Well worth it!!! Thanks Metabolic Saratoga!!!
