    The instructors are knowledgeable and motivating, providing personalized attention. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, with friendly members who make you feel like part of a community from day one. Highly recommended!

    The staff at Burn boot camp are so kind and down to earth. They have modifications for people of all fitness levels. This is so important to me because I personally struggle with multiple autoimmune disorders... I have never felt shamed or pressured into going too hard. They truly meet you where you are at. Coaches encourage a sense of community amongst members. Burn boot camps biggest perk in my opinion is the childcare. If it wasn't for that, I know for a fact that I would never have the opportunity to get to the gym (and often times, the gym is the only thing I do for myself!) Burn boot camp has kept me not only healthy, but SANE! Highly recommend!!

    Burn boot camp is absolutely amazing! The trainers are awesome and everyone that attends is so welcoming it’s like a family workout! No judgment at all it’s not a regular gym where you feel uncomfortable to go because you’re over weight they welcome you in no matter size! Everyone is so so amazing and I’m happy I joined and I love going!

    I am new to burn bootcamp, only about 2 weeks in. Everyone has been beyond friendly and although the workouts are tough for me after having 2 kids in 3 years, the trainers are always extremely helpful and offer modifiers. This gym offers a real sense of community & frequently has activities for the whole family. I really am enjoying the workouts so far & am so glad I gave it a try! I also really appreciate that there are no wait lists, there are multiple class times per day, and they offer complimentary child watch. Very excited to start 2023 off at burn!

    Burn Boot camp is more than a gym. The trainers are inspiring and are committed to helping you become the best version of you. I tried Burn out with the intentions of only dropping in once a week. Little did I know, the community and support given by the staff would inspire me to commit to a membership. I thought I would only be able to make it 1x per week, but with the gym’s jam-packed schedule and CHILD CARE (yes, mommas!), I am able to attend 4-5 days a week! I am mentally and physically stronger because of this step I took for myself. Burn is for every type of body. I love seeing all ages and bodies on the mat during a camp. Burn is perfect for women and men to want to get in shape or stay in shape, and is also an amazing workout for kids who are in sports and need strength training and athletic conditioning! Burn Trainers are also very intentional with their instruction and exercises. They are always offering ways to modify their workouts up and down. You decide what level and intensity is best for you for each exercise. However, the Trainers are always encouraging you to become stronger by trying something new, harder, or picking up a heavier weight. The best part of Burn is that it is a judgement free zone. Everyone is there to work on themselves and become the best version of themselves. You won’t be disappointed when your try a free class and become a part of the Burn family.
