I understood I would pay out of pocket for an office visit. However, I was not prepared to pay for lab work that exceeded $4,000. The office did NOT explain up front that they are not a Medicare Provider or take any responsibility.

What a relief to meet a Dr. that is not pushing drugs. He did not rush me out and took his time to answer all questions and concerns. He is very professional and respectful. The cost is fare considering I would have paid more if I had to pay my deductible through my insurance. God bless him and his business!

After 6 months of symptoms and blood in my stool, I was in a state of despair and got diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. Gastric doctors recommendations was to remove my colon or medication the rest of my life. Symptoms were terrible with blood, pain, diarrhea, gas, cramps, and lost 40 lbs within a month. I worked with Dr. Bova and within 10 days the blood was gone. Symptoms dropped significantly and gained another 20 lbs after 2 months. Still have some work to do, but I have hope. Dr Bova is right on but be prepared to pay alot of money. He doesn’t not take a lot of insurances. I found a great rheumatologist that takes my insurance.Do your homework.
