Great location, great equipment, great crowd of gym goers. My only gripe is they’re incredibly cheap about the utilities. It’s routinely 78°+ in the summertime; and the staff gives weird vague answers about it ranging from “it’s broken” to “we’re waiting on the district manager to set a schedule”. Even in the Florida the gyms are cooler than that
Edit - as of June 21st the AC is fixed and better than ever.

I've been a member for several years at Best Fitness on Fuller Rd. in Albany. This location is kind of a hidden gem in the area. The facility is incredibly clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly, and always working hard.
They have a very good selection of free weights, kettlebells, and machines as well as foam rollers and bands. Plenty of squat racks and plenty of room in workout areas to do what you need to do. I definitely recommend Best to anyone over VENT Fitness.

Sneaky gym. They are very tricky and get you to pay tons of money and half of the equipment is still broken or has issues, makes me wonder where all that money goes. Don’t even get me started on the 100$ cancellation fee. Not even And if you even think it’s over and you Cancel your membership and they will still charge you. Absolutely never going back.

Equipment is kept in working order. Facilities are clean. Price is reasonable. Pretty much everything you want from a gym.

I have been enjoying BFITT classes in Schenectady for almost a year, and after moving closer to this location their classes and instructors are just as good.
I was disappointed to see that there are no later morning classes such as a 7, 8 or 9am. 5:15 is just too early and other gyms are difficult to get to in morning traffic.
Please consider adding one of these classes at least just for summer break and you have 5 stars from me!
