Aimee has been beating me up twice a week for over 12 years. Makes me do exercises I never dreamed of. Only sore for one day after my visits! Keeps me in good shape, highly recommended!

Good gym with plenty of equipment. Some older equipment but it’s in good condition. Definitely recommend.
